We are presently seeking a half-time Director of Resource Development for our client, the Reishit School in Kibbutz Rosh Tzurim in Gush Etzion.

Job description:
1. Writing and following up on grant proposals in English and in Hebrew
2. Meeting with donors and potential donors
3. Organizing a fundraising event once a year
4. Updating the internet site periodically

Requirements:
• Bilingual (Fluent English and Hebrew)
• a minimum of three years of proven fundraising experience
• Personable and presentable, with excellent people skills and initiative
• Computer literate
