ביום חמישי הקרוב, ה-6 בספטמבר, יערך הכנס השנתי השני של האיגוד הישראלי למפתחי משאבים מקצועים בישראל (IAPF).

השתתפותך חשובה כחלק מביסוס המקצוע שלנו. אנא הקלק/י כאן לקבלת מידע נוסף על הכנס והרשמות אליו. 

למה לך לטרוח? הכנס ידון באימוץ תהליך ההסמכה המקצועית (ע"י תעודה מוכרת) אשר ישפיע על אנשי המקצוע שכבר עובדים בתחום כמו גם על אלו המתחילים בתחום בכך שיהיו דרישות להכשרה המקצועית.

בנוסף, חשוב מאוד להשמיע את קולנו כאנשי מקצוע בעלי סטנדרטים אתיים מהגבוהים ביותר על מנת להתגבר על יחסי הציבור המזיקים כתוצאה מעבודה בלתי אתית שנעשתה על ידי מקצת העמותות.

הכנס יעסוק בהליכי ההסמכה למגייסי משאבים מקצועיים – הירשמו עכשיו ותשפיעו בנושא חשוב זה!

 במהלך הכנס ידונו מסקנות ועדת ההסמכה בראשותו של עו"ד ירון קידר, רשם העמותות לשעבר,  וכן במערך ההכשרה האמור לקום בהקשר זה.

הכנס הינו האירוע המרכזי של כל העוסקים בתחומים המגוונים של גיוס, פיתוח משאבים, טיפוח תורמים, כתיבה לקרנות, ארגון אירועים התרמה'  עצמאים, שכירים ומתנדבים. בוא ויהיו שותפים בהתהוות של מקצוע !

אורחי הכנס כוללים את הח"כ יצחק הרצוג, שר הרווחה לשעבר, ואת נשיאת האיגוד של מגייסי משאבים באירופה.

The Catalogue of Experiential Visits to Non-Profits Summer 2012 Pilot Project – Visit to Carmei Ha-Ir

The usually lively group from Temple Israel in Stockton, California was quite tired and run down after a hefty week of traveling and touring in Israel. However, as soon as they put on their aprons and disposable gloves, received their knifes, cutting boards, large ladles, food delivery boxes and more - and began to work - they were full of energy, humor and exuberance.  Together with Rabbi Jason, they helped prepare the daily lunch which Carmei Ha-Ir (http://carmeihair.org.il/) now dispenses daily at the Hazon Yeshaya center to 1200 needy adults, children and elderly.

Earlier in the visit, the group saw the Carmei Ha-Ir restaurant where every day, 800 disadvantaged Jerusalemites are served at tables –restaurant style – in an atmosphere that is dignified and pleasant, not resembling a soup kitchen at all. They also visited the clothing store which operates on the same principles

The visit ended with a moving talk given by a volunteer who has made it her duty to show up every Monday for the past few years. The group then viewed a short film and were very helpful in filling out our evaluation forms and contact sheets. An on-the spot contribution of about $100 (half of which the community had sent along with the group for Tzedaka purposes) was donated to the organization. Below is a quote from a note that Rabbi Jason sent us following the visit:

"Thank you so much for your wonderful inspirational talk and for helping us to do this important mitzvah.  I know that participants in our group found the experience very impactful and rewarding. It was a pleasure meeting you and I hope we keep the connection with Carmei Hair.  Thank you for the pictures!"
