Learn the art of grantwriting and fundraising for non-profit organizations in a 6-session 18-hour course with David Maeir Epstein, MSSA.

In the grantwriting section of the course we will focus on the teaching of the following essential skills: how to write grant proposals, how to identify and work with foundations, and how to gain employment as salaried staff or freelancers. The fundraising section will teach the theoretical and practical tools necessary to enhance your knowledge of the field and your capabilities for professional advancement.

Cost: 1,500 NIS plus VAT (includes study materials) for the general public. Members of Nefesh B'Nefesh, AACI, SAZF, the Yokneam Forum of Technical Writers (Elephant), UJIA, and graduates of the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies receive an additional 50 NIS discount. *There is an early-bird discount of 100 NIS for those who register and pay for the course in full by January 31, 2011.

Venue: The course will take place in six sessions from 4.30-7.30 pm on every second Wednesday beginning March 9, 2011. The course will take place at the offices of IsraelGrants.com, David Maeir Epstein – Resource Development for Nonprofits, 43A Emek Refaim St, 3rd floor, Jerusalem.
