Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Establishing and furthering network’s fundraising campaign in Israel
• Organizing a major fundraising dinner for network in the next 6 months
• Cultivating relationships with donors and welcoming visitors
• Possible travelling abroad a few times a year for fundraising purposes
• Development, solicitation and ongoing cultivation of private donors and businesses
• Organizing fundraising events including parlor meetings
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience in organizing fundraising events and/or dinners
2. Experience of at least 4 years in resource development with successful face-to-face solicitation
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work on a team
4. Computer savvy; experienced with Internet, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. English and Hebrew skills at mother-tongue level (writing, reading and speaking)
6. “Rosh Gadol”, creative and dedicated; willing to work during unconventional hours
