אני מחפש את עצתכם! אנו משתמשים בתוכנה לשליחת ניוזלטרים דרך האימייל באנגלית וגם בעברית, אך הפלטפורמה איננה עובדת באופן תקין בעברית והשילוב עם מספרים ופסיקים היינו קטלני ביותר. האם יש מישהו שיכול לתת לנו עצה או על איך להשתמש בפלטפורמה באנגלית באופן יותר חכם או על פלטפורמה שעובדת באופן מספק בשני השפות, אודה לכם מאוד.

ReplyDeleteYou should be looking at this issue from two angles:
1) Content handling
2) data management
The truth is that only one of these really has anything to do with the system you are using - data management.
The best thing to do is to find the system that best enables you to manage the mailing lists you manage, gives you in depth statistics of readership and social network reach, etc. Once you have found that system (I personally love MailChimp!), you should look to solve your content issue.
The way to ensure that your Hebrew and English content all comes out as you intended, is to ensure that the person editing your newsletter is well versed in HTML etiquette - not necessarily the code itself, but how to work with it.
You can have special templates designed that can be uploaded to most systems, or have someone learn how to check the tags in the code before sending.
This is a big issue - until you learn the tricks - and then you forget you ever had trouble.
